Wine is pink with faint tones of orange and silver. In multi-layered aroma the nuances of lychee, pomelo and bergamot are combined with hints of freesia and orange. Rich, harmonious on the palate, with juicy, acid notes of yellow stone fruits and citrus. The deep aftertaste is saline and mineral.
Pairs well with spicy crab, salmon fillets, vegetables, as well as creamy cheeses and fruit based desserts.
Grape harvesting at nights. After direct pressing and cold stabilization, fermentation takes place under controlled temperature.
Grapes grow on clay-calcareous soils at an altitude of 200 meters above sea level.
85 Points – Mundus Vini, 83,7 Points – Concours Mondiale Bruxelles
Stephen worked in telecommunications for about 15 years, but always dreamed of becoming a winemaker. In 2008, after the birth of third child, he refused a lucrative contract and decided to fundamentally change his future. In 2009, Stephen's family sold their house in London and moved to France. With insufficient knowledge of French, they settled in the small village of Cotignac, located in the heart of the Provence appellation. It took a year to learn the language. The next step was the creation of his own wine business, the main purpose of which was the production of rosé wine. The first vintage of rosé was released in 2010 and in the same year a contract was signed with Waitrose UK. The company continues to present itself to the international market with a brand new product range, receiving high evaluations.
