The wine is elegant, with a balanced aroma, hints of chamomile, citrus fruits and medicinal herbs.

The wine pairs well with Asian cuisine, especially with a variety of Thai dishes.

Hand-harvested grapes are carefully sorted and gently pressed. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts. 

The wine is aged both in stainless steel tanks and in traditional 1000-liter barrels called "Moselfuder".

The Nick Weis’s family has been one of the most famoust winemaking families in Moselle. Winery St. Urbans Hof, built in 1947, is named after the patron saint of winemaking - St. Urban. The estate is known for an outstanding collection of vineyards, among them the pearls of the Moselle: Saarfeilser and Okfener Bockstein.
