Champagne has a deep pink color with bright reds, darker than typical rosé wines. The rich and expressive aroma of champagne reveals notes of red fruits, black currants, blackberries, cherries, strawberries, and citrus fruits, and the finish expresses nuances of paprika and saffron. The taste is distinctive, juicy, well structured, with delicate notes of cherry, blackberry, orange, and grapefruit, complemented by pleasant warm notes of pepper, tea, and liqueur. 

The rosé is perfect as a summer aperitif and is also served with red fruits and berries.
