Harvesting is carried out in two ways: manual and mechanical, after which the grapes are pressed and fermented for a week together with the skins at a temperature of 16-19°C. This is followed by the next stage of fermentation, which lasts for 15 days.

For aging, stainless steel tanks are used, in which the wine remains for about 3 months before bottling.
