Citterio is one of Italy’s leading producers of premium cured meats and a renowned ambassador of Italian charcuterie excellence worldwide. Founded in 1878, the family-owned company combines generations of craftsmanship with innovation, creating authentic Italian products rooted in the country’s finest culinary traditions. Citterio is the Italian market leader in fixed-weight packaged sliced cured meats and exports its products to more than 50 countries.

Citterio's master butchers, after strictly controlling the ingredients starting from the breeding farms, oversee each ham, one by one, during the different salting and seasoning stages. The result is a sweet cured ham with a unique flavour.
