Brandy is amber with reddish tints. The vanilla aroma is rich with woody, fruity-honey shades. In a rich taste, the shades of wood, vanilla, ginger are harmoniously combined with orange-walnut. The aftertaste is long-lasting and picy.

Recommended to drink neat, and also used as an ingredient in "St-Rémy Paper Plane", "St-Rémy Thyme & Again" and other  cocktails.

Aged for 6 years in small French oak barrels.
