Trimbach is one of the oldest wine-growing dynasties in the world, founded in 1626. Since the end of the 19th century, when Frederic-Emil Trimbach received a medal at an exhibition in Brussels, the name Trimbach is being synonymous with the reference Alsace Riesling - clean, with good acidity, excellent structure, and complex, multifaceted aroma. Today, the house is run by representatives of the 12th and 13th generations of the family - the brothers Pierre and Jean, as well as their children. In 2006, Decanter included Trimbach in the top ten white wine producers in the world, and all 27 Michelin-starred French restaurants in their wine menus, which is unprecedented.
