Attractive glistening ruby red in colour. Aromas of red fruits, with cherry notes and lovely freshness, followed by savoury notes on the attack. The wine is crunchy and full-bodied on the palate, backed by discreet and well-integrated oaky notes which culminate in a charming finish for this second wine.

Wine will be a great addition to any red meat dishes, especially steak, grilled meat and grilled beef ribs.

Manual harvest per plots and fermentation in stainless-steel vats of various capacities. Malolactic fermentation partially in barrels.

The wine ages for 12 months in partly new oak barrels.
