The wine is red-orange in color. The bouquet is full of rose, wild berries, with an elegant hint of mint and spice aromas. Juicy, full, velvety and well-structured this wine is elegant at the same time. Delicate notes of red cherries, raspberries, cloves and chopped herbs are framed by tight, fine tannins and bright acidity.

Goes well with red meats and cheeses (mature and medium ripeness).

Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at temperature of 28°C.

In the first year, Barolo is aged in French Allier oak barriques, then two years in large French oak barrels with a volume of 2000 liters. After bottling, an additional maturation period in the bottle lasts for at least 12 months․
