Tasting Notes

The wine of light straw color revels fresh notes of citrus and tropical fruits and bright mineralitty. The palate is round with significant acidity of lemon, peach and apple, with a long and pleasant aftertaste.

Food Pairing

The wine goes well with seafood and dishes with chicken.

Fermentation in stainless steel tanksat controlled temperature of 12-13°С.
