Wine of dark ruby red colour. The nose is full of plum and dark red fruit flavours with a hint of sweet spice and oak. Rich and fruity character fills the mouth, backed by silky tannins and hints of dark berry and coffee-mocha flavor.

Great on its own or perfect with pork roasts and roasted duck.

Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. 

The wine is aged in French and American oak barrels for 3-9 month.
