Nik Weis Laurentiuslay 2020

The nose of this golden color wine is full of fresh apple, apricot and white flower notes. The palate is impressive, with juicy fruity notes and excellent balance of freshness and acidity, with long-lasting and interesting finish. 

Ideally pairs with spicy poultry dishes, seafood with a creamy sauce, and other rich flavored dishes.

Hand-harvested grapes are carefully sorted and gently pressed. Fermentation is carried out in large oak casks. 

The Weis’s family has been one of the most famoust winemaking families in Moselle. Winery St. Urbans Hof, built in 1947, is named after the patron saint of winemaking - St. Urban. The estate is known for an outstanding collection of vineyards, among them the pearls of the Moselle: Saarfeilser and Okfener Bockstein. Thanks to old vines and the use of new technologies, Nik Weis Rieslings receive the highest marks from critics - for both basic Riesling and Grand Cru (GG) wines.
