The cava has light pink color. On the nose, it displays the primary aromas that are typical of a delicate rosé cava: the subtleties of violets ad roses in combination with ripe red berries: strawberries, raspberries and blueberries. On the palate it is smooth, very creamy, fresh and elegant.

Excellent as an aperitif, and also goes well with desserts, chocolate and foie-gras.

After the harvest the grapes are freezed to preserve the flavor of the grapes and prevent oxidation. The first fermentation lasts 30 days at 15°C, followed by a secondary fermentation in the bottle․

Secondary fermentation in bottles for at least 15 months.

Fresh and light Garnacha gives the wine a characteristic fruity taste, while Pinot Noir “bestows” excellent color and special sweetish notes.

The estate lies at 250 meters above sea level, shielded by the Montserrat Mountains to the north and the Littoral range to the south.
