Feudi di San Gregorio, Greco di Tufo

The wine is straw yellow with greenish tints. The aroma is intense and persistent with sensations of fruit. The palate is immediately perceives the broad acidity and the spicy minerality, typical of Tufo variety following by soft notes of balsamic.

Ideal as an aperitif, well paired with raw fish, buffalo mozzarella, and first courses of white meats.

Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 16-18 °C.

The wine is aged for 5 months in stainless steel containers.

Greco di Tufo wine is made from the Greco di Tufo grape variety, the name of which translates as "Greek", which is one of the oldest white varieties growing in Campania and ripens on the sunny slopes of Vesuvius. The vines of Greco di Tufo grow on volcanic, sandy and stone soil, which gives the wine a special naturalness and freshness.
