The wine is red with ruby hues. The palate is dominated by black wild berry flavors. Soft on the palate, silky and juicy.

The flavors of this wine go perfectly with meat dishes.

Before fermentation, the collected grapes are dried in a special ventilated room for 120 days. This is followed by maceration with the skins at a controlled low temperature. The wine continues to ferment for another 4-6 weeks.

The aging process is quite long. The wine matures in Slavonian oak barrels for about 2 years. This is followed by another half year of aging in bottle before release.
