On the palate, vibrant inky dark berry fruits dominate with chocolate, liquorice and ripe plum fruits. The palate is rich, complex and well balanced with impressive weight, a soft texture, finishing long with plush tannins and an elegant structure.

Ideally paired with grilled beef, especially with pepper sauce.
