The intense aroma of this purple wine is expressed with the pleasant notes of red berries. Balanced and round on the palate with excellent tannin structure and fruity hints.
Pairs well meat dishes, lamb, poultry and cheeses.
Harvested grapes are completely separated from the ridges and left for maceration for 5-6 days in concrete vats at a temperature of 10-12 °C. Fermentation of wine is carried out at 28-32 ° C for 18-21 days. After the end of fermentation, the wine is allowed to settle for 3 to 5 days, before further aging. The wine is bottled without filtration.
