Chateau La Garance Graves 2014

Attractive ruby-red in colour. The wine reveals red fruit aromas of strawberries on the nose, combined with a floral hint of lilac. Wonderfully full on the palate, backed by well-rounded tannins. Very well-balanced overall, and culminating in an attractive finish.

This wine goes well with grilled meats and aged cheeses.

According to the type of grape variety and soil once the grapes are perfectly ripe. Sorting, on the sorting table.  Temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats of various capacities. Pre-fermentation and cold maceration.

Ages for 12 months in new French oak barrels. 

Gravely-sand and clay-gravel for the Sémillon, clay on limestone for the Sauvignon.
